Recorded
An informational result with no single pass/fail — used by Polls and Common Ground.
Some methods do not resolve to one verdict. A Poll records each option’s share and the leading option; a Common Ground report records each sub-question’s own result. In both the top-level outcome is "recorded" — the meaning lives in the tally or the per-question results, not in a "passed"/"failed".
