Ratification
An optional hold after voting where a passed outcome is confirmed before it takes effect.
Motions and elections may carry a ratification period. A passed/elected outcome stays provisional through it and takes effect only once ratified — by a cooling-off delay elapsing, a facilitator signing off, or a veto window closing with no upheld objection. If a sign-off is declined or a veto is upheld, the outcome becomes "not ratified".
