Method settings
Quorum
The minimum participation required for a result to count.
A quorum guards against decisions made by a tiny fraction of a group. It can be a fraction of the eligible members (e.g. 50%) or an absolute number of ballots. If participation falls short, the outcome is "no quorum" no matter how the votes leaned.
