Decision rules
Two-thirds approval
On an approve/reject vote, approve needs at least two-thirds of the decisive votes.
Like majority approval, but the "approve" share must reach at least two-thirds of the decisive weight (an inclusive threshold). Used when a proposal should pass only with strong assent.
