Results after voting closes

Constitutional is for weighty, rule-changing decisions. It uses the consensus strategy on an objection ballot: the proposal carries unless someone raises a sustained reasoned objection. A full week of deliberation precedes voting, and a two-week objection window follows it before the result is finalised.
