Objection
A reasoned "I cannot consent" on a consent ballot; it can block a decision.
An objection is a concern raised against a proposal on a consent ballot. It must carry a reason. Under consensus any reasoned objection blocks immediately. Under consent it blocks only once a facilitator reviews it and upholds it as paramount (unsafe, against the constitution, or harmful) — pending, upheld, dismissed, or withdrawn are its possible states, and while any is pending the proposal is provisional.
