Facilitator
A member who runs the community’s decisions, without power over people.
A facilitator keeps decisions moving: they open and manage proposals, set up voting types, review objections, sign off on a ratification, and can see a tally that is hidden from members. What they cannot do is change who holds power — they cannot add or remove members, change anyone’s role, edit committees, or touch community settings. If someone runs your meetings but does not decide who is in the room, this is their role.
