The motion was adopted — it met quorum and its pass threshold.
The proposal carried: enough people participated (quorum) and the motion cleared what it needed — the "approve" side reached the required threshold under Approval, or a Consensus vote drew no sustained objection. (A Poll does not "pass"; it records the tally.)
