Approval
Adopt or reject a motion on an Approve / Reject ballot, at a majority or two-thirds bar.
Approval puts an exact motion up or down: members approve or reject (abstentions count toward quorum but not the share), and the proposal carries when the approve share clears the threshold. The threshold is a setting — majority (approve beats reject) or two-thirds (approve needs at least two-thirds of the decisive weight) — for decisions that should command broad support. Unlike a Poll, Approval yields a real pass/fail.
